She has trained employees at every level from team member to executive, both highly skilled and newly promoted or hired. Trista can present your program, bringing her expert coaching and facilitation skills to the training or she can be part of the design process, whatever fits your needs best.

In Person Training

When you're in person, you want a dynamic experience that will keep your attention. We utilize adult learning techniques with a focus on engagement and retention. Rather than rely heavily on powerpoint decks, Trista will utilize flip charts whenever possible, to allow the conversation to be in the room instead of in the slide.

Virtual Classrooms

Today, virtual classrooms are becoming more popular because they keep travel time and cost to a minimum. Virtual training comes with its own challenges and Trista is proactive to utilize polls, breakout rooms, and chat features to keep participants engaged.

Pre Recorded Sessions

Pre-recorded video sessions give Learning and Development Directors flexibility that can mean the difference between a cancelled class and a well attended one. Trista is expert at performing and producing video content, the results of which will be available on demand, whenever needed.

Indiv. & Group Coaching

Small group and individual coaching sessions can make a big difference to clarify goals, gaps and resistances. Trista provides coaching as needed, as a stand alone offering or to enhance facilitation projects. Coaching is non-directive style, whenever possible, guiding participants to the answers they seek.

Interactive Workshops

Lecture style learning is not always the best option. Trista can offer stand alone workshops or integrate them into lecture focused training as needed. This will provide participants with more hands on practice in the skills and techniques they are learning. Presentation feedback, mocks, and other techniques allows participant to try out the skills in a safe space.

Feedback

Participants take valuable time out of their busy schedule to attend training and enhance their skills. Trista provides valuable feedback on individuals in her programs, based on their participation and her observations of how they interact with the material and other participants.

Trista has facilitated trainings for local companies with 20 employees, global companies with 27,000 employees and levels in between. Due to confidentiality, corporate client names are not shared. References available upon request.
